Derby Days

For those who do not know. I grew up going to Derby days and riding in the kids parade. Every year since Leia has been alive we have taken her to ride in the kids parade. This year she wanted to ride her trike. I had her practice almost every day for 2 weeks to show me she could do it. Well she did great. Here are a couple of pictures of her. The one with the three of us she refused to look at the camera.

The pirates come every year to the parade. This year a pirate ran over and asked to have his picture taken with Leia. I hope the one on his camera turned out better.

After the pirate Leia wanted a pirate tattoo. At least it is pink. She also had a clown make her a pirate sword. Which was also pink. It didn't last long due to a fight with the grass.
